Membership is free!
It carries two major benefits.
1. You can ask questions of anyone, or reply to any questions.
2. You can post a review (coming soon) on a place you have rented a bike from.
Asking the questions is easy enough - but to get best use from the maps - I suggest that take 5 minutes to watch the video on this link about using the map function on the site.
